This Egyptian cartouche is truly a unique piece. Crafted in 9ct yellow gold this hieroglyphic nameplate sports an oblong shape punctuated with a horizontal bar (traditionally it meant the name within was that of a pharaoh or of sovereign origins). An estate jewellery piece, the symbols on both sides were intentionally chosen, with each translating to a specific meaning.
